Yep, Carly Hatchet Face was my first thought.
Huh. OK...
He created a Frankenleftist.
Now the patient is supporting Trump.
The patient....................
The N.I. had their day with Edwards in 2004. This seems like reaching, because is there any experienced doctor who hasn’t had a malpractice accusation lodged against him/her?
If so, is he/she near Raleigh, NC?
My Dr. Neighbor. says if. You haven’t been sued you ain’t been practicing medicine
If it is true, it was a mistake for him (or his campaign) not to get out in front of it.
If these charges are true, it looks bad for Dr. Ben. I don’t know how common it is for surgeons to make such mistakes. Maybe a 7% ratio is not unusual, for instance. Hopefully, Ben has already briefed his campaign team on this part of his past, so that they won’t be caught flatfooted and tongue tied. “Ben, why didn’t you tell me all this, maybe two years ago?! ...You never asked me, that’s why”
IIRC, the National Enquirer is still owned by a Clintonite, Roger Altman (through Evercore Partners).
So six lawsuits allege bad things. I’m shocked. Usually lawsuits sing the praises of the defendant. /s
So, any verdicts to report on?
Do they ever stop and think how ridiculous these accusations are? They may as well say that a writer brandished a pencil like a baseball bat. It's an absurd and feeble attempt at propaganda and, sadly, too many idiots will be sucked in by it.
I can't speak on his bedside manner or operating procedures....and I'm not trying to defend him, but I would bet the scrub nurse or tech didn't do a proper sponge count that is required before closing the surgical wound.
With that said, I'm still wary of Carson. My gut tells me he could be a bait/switch guy.
But, I wonder why The Enquirer has never been able to discover any of Obama's former girlfriends, or get and of his transcripts from Occidental or Columbia...or even find someone at Columbia that remembers seeing Obama in class.
This is a hatchet job.
Every physician has multiple malpractice suits brought against them. There isn’t an attorney out there that doesn’t know this.
If you’ve had a relative that is a patient, all you have to do is find the right attorney operating under the stairs of some back ally, to wind up in court for a lucrative settlement.
Every surgery like this involves a team. The idea Carson personally left a sponge in someone’s head, is like someone saying the quarterback is responsible for every ball dropped by his receivers, or every ball fumbled by another team member.
I wouldn’t be all that surprised if Carson and his team did make some errors over the length of his career. Humans do make mistakes.
Lets face it, you’re operating on someone’s brain. Outcomes are not always going to be what the patient or their family wants. That does not mean that malpractice occurred.
Someone’s recollection after the event is not proof that the physician actually did anything wrong either. All a family member has to do is make a few false claims, and the money rolls in, guilty or not.
This is a bush league hit on Carson.
I may not think he’s the right guy to be president, but this is a very corrupt thing to do to a man with a distinguished career.
And so it begins. Carson should have known this was coming. I think this hit piece is coming from Jebbie and Rove.
