I am getting SO tired of hearing bull crap like this. We need to get rid of this program as it is clearly incapable of being used by employers correctly.

But this will make everyone more competitive

The corporation will make scads of money enabling them to gratefully hire millions of Americans

We must trust mass immigration

We must trust Free Movemement of Labor

It is unfortunate that some will lose their jobs and their standard of living

These are the Sacrifices we Americans must make to appease the God of Fwee Twade and Open Borders

Whatever one thinks of Trump, this issue is number one and probably the only reason he's doing well and drawing more and more people's interest in his campaign.

The Republicrats have been flooding the country with cheap, abundant labor. That is one of many, but a big reason why wages remain flat or dropping

"However both Republican and Democratic legislators such as 2016 presidential candidate Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) are pushing for the passage of their I-Squared bill (Immigration Innovation) which would triple the number of H-1B visas in America, allowing these corporations cut even more labor costs in what many are referring to as corporate greed."

Well, well, well. Do the companies get kick backs from the government in this program in addition to hiring at a lower wage?

By late June, the jobs had been transferred overseas

Then they aren't H1-B's.

I’ve been involved with a number of companies who’ve outsourced job functions like accounting, computer programming, help desk/support to India. Within 5 years all of them brought the functions back in-house due to various complications. In the long run, the supposed short-term gain cost them big time.

In the past I read a lot of stories about engineers and programmers getting screwed by the H1-B visas, now the accountants are also getting hit. Who is next?

No reason to bring anyone here from overseas. We have millions of unemployed that need a job.

This article is a bunch of crap. There is no company that is capable of making me train anyone. ( unless they don’t tell me, of course. )
