This sort of thing has happened 100,000 times in the history of left-wing "movements," all of which have historically tolerated, or even enabled, the sexual exploitation / rape of female volunteers. This in turn gives birth to more Andrea Dworkins, deeply angry women who adopt "feminist separatism" and write furious tracts whose titles, in plain English,would all translate to "Goodbye to All Men, Forever."

There were reports of this sort of thing going on in the Occupy Wall Street camps, I recall. Including written instructions being passed around NOT to go to the cops if it happened because it would undermine the movement.
