I don’t think this has anything to do with Soros. I do think Putin wants to control the oil and prop up the oil price. It was the collapse of oil prices that destroyed the Russian economy during the 80’s. I believe Putin is intent on not letting that happen again. While Obammy would like to bankrupt the American oil companies so he green energy wacko buddies can flourish... the rest of the world is pretty happy burning fossil fuels.
