No, that would ne a stretch; while some colonized blacks may have wanted Britain of France out of their countries, I’ve never read about an Allied soldier (in any army) capturing a black soldier fighting for the Axis. In WWI Germany used black colonial troops, but they lost those colonies after the war.
FWIW, in Mein Kampf Hitler thought blacks should be left to their own devices in Africa; he thought Europeans shouldn’t interfere with them (or that such interference was harmful). He seems to view them as primitive animals that should have been left alone.
Not plenty, but there were some. They were subject to special provisions under the Nuremberg Law. In North Africa, but also the Wehrmacht. Units raised by Amin al-Husseini, Arafat’s uncle, in Africa had black troops. Black prisoners were said to be executed, but no order, local commanders discretion. Not as bad as Jews or Roma, but I believe they were subject to compulsory sterilization, though I suspect that became a minor issue as the war progressed. Kind of a Margaret Sanger thing. Plenty is a clear exaggeration.
I have a picture of a black African officer in German uniform with Wehrmacht collar insignia. He also appears to be wearing a Waffen-SS camouflage smock and helmet cover. I believe it to be authentic. I could post it for you however, I don't know the html techno-gibberish needed to post a pic.
