No, that would ne a stretch; while some colonized blacks may have wanted Britain of France out of their countries, I’ve never read about an Allied soldier (in any army) capturing a black soldier fighting for the Axis. In WWI Germany used black colonial troops, but they lost those colonies after the war.
FWIW, in Mein Kampf Hitler thought blacks should be left to their own devices in Africa; he thought Europeans shouldn’t interfere with them (or that such interference was harmful). He seems to view them as primitive animals that should have been left alone.
Note post 80, you’re largely correct. I’m sure they were captured in North Africa. But in general the number was small, and they were persecuted in the name of racial purity. Though Hitler liked Islam, and Persian, sorry, they changed their name to Aryans (Iranians), he had contempt for Arabs as well. They leave certain parts out of the Arabic translations of Mein Kampf. However once in power, blacks were a small bit above Jews and Roma, a bit above Slavs who were worth enslaving, and would have been eliminated.
