Nukes in the hands of Muslims are far more dangerous than nukes in the hands of Russians. A regime toppling in Pakistan, Iran going nuclear or in the longer-term, Muslims taking over nuclear-powered European nations are three bigger threats than Russia has to offer us.

It depends on what you believe I guess. If you believe that terrorists are about to acquire nuclear weapons, than yes, that’s probably true. If you believe, as I do, that our economy is about to tank as a result of the failed petrodollar and Russia’s/China’s role in that, than I think Russia is probably a bigger threat and I’m guess that’s why we’re moving Raptors into the theater. You don’t pull that kind of hardware out unless vital national interests are at stake.
