I agree with that 85%. But Putin, through his clever deceptions and countless little buttwipes covering and 'rationalizing' for him, added to the weakening. We know he (Putin) is an evil snake who can't be trusted. Would anyone be shocked if it turns out that Russia helped get Obama elected?
