group of predominantly African American women kicked off the Napa Wine Train in late August -- allegedly for being too loud -- filed an $11-million racial discrimination lawsuit Thursday.
They said their reputations were tarnished and that some of them even lost their jobs after the incident.

Precisely. The sad part is, they will probably settle this lawsuit for a ridiculous amount of money.
I do not mind at all.
So many will push as far as they can to irritate whitey. They’re miserable and want everyone else to be too.
This is how topsy-turvy society has become.
Soon we won’t be able to say anything, because it’s getting to the point that nearly everything offends either blacks, gays, transgenders, Muslims, Athiests etc.
Yet they can say anything about whites and Christians, this is acceptable.
In a word, yes.
She’s suing??
This is my shocked face...
I very much doubt that the staff said anything to this group unless other customers were complaining.
Lost their jobs.
Yeah i am sure its because of the train thing.
Tunr down for what?!
Trains.
Napa.
Books.
Since they are suing the ‘Train’, there is probably some deeppockets state agency involved, and named as a defendent.
It simply would not do to merely sue Comrade Pelosi’s vineyard buddies.
Who you callin’ Napa?
They Napa headed ho’s! You see their hair?
LOL.... nice !
Life ain’t a bad, loud situation comedy. I anticipate a ‘Case dismissed with fees awarded’ story posted here before too long.
Things will turn around one day. But it will take a lot of pain, suffering, loss and despair for all of us before we get there. IOW, it’s a war that cannot be stopped, and must be seen through to the end before things will regain any sense of previous normality.
You’re correct I think on all points and yes they’ve basically declared war on the rest of us.
Uh.........yeah? Some of them do and they never disappoint.
Is it possible that the good Democrats in Napa might really be a bit racist?
I stopped at the Dollar Tree in a part of town I usually don’t stop at. Two black ladies walked in together, split up, and were talking to each other across the store. They weren’t yelling, they were talking but it was loud. I was about 4 aisles away from them when they finally met up and in the same loudness of voice one was saying they didn’t have what they want so let’s go. The Dollar Tree employee restocking where I was very quietly said...thank God. Lol
They’re not the first ones I’ve run into that were just naturally really loud.
