How many non Muslims, and Terrorists would they be checking for “Travel Warnings” for?

This attack reminds me of the Tunisian Beach Massacre. The shooter selected his targets, Europeans, specifically British, from non-Europeans on the beach.

Not that I have heard. Maybe the authorities are tight lipped because it IS terrorism and could be part of something bigger.
