SAN FRANCISCO -- A predominantly black group of women kicked off a Napa wine train "for being too loud" have filed a racial discrimination lawsuit against the train company, the group's attorney announced Thursday.
The group of 11 women, who are members of a book club, are seeking $11 million in damages from the Napa Valley Wine Train.
They are being represented by San Francisco civil rights attorney Waukeen Q. McCoy.
Wine train officials have hired a former FBI agent to conduct its own investigation into the incident, a company spokesman said Thursday.

The justice system is overwhelmingly tilted towards lib/leftist types. Get a typical, far left ambulance chasing attorney, an agreeable judge, stuff the jury with fellow libs, and bingo...you (and the attorneys) are in the money.
ebby body know, black be loud.
In the picture of the five women, I am sure I can see dollar signs in the eyes of the two in the secon row.
Mom’s Mably in the front row just looks like she has no clue.

This is why we can’t have nice things.
