SAN FRANCISCO -- A predominantly black group of women kicked off a Napa wine train "for being too loud" have filed a racial discrimination lawsuit against the train company, the group's attorney announced Thursday.
The group of 11 women, who are members of a book club, are seeking $11 million in damages from the Napa Valley Wine Train.
They are being represented by San Francisco civil rights attorney Waukeen Q. McCoy.
Wine train officials have hired a former FBI agent to conduct its own investigation into the incident, a company spokesman said Thursday.

$11 million dollar discrimination suit: good luck with that. That’s one jury I’d want to join, although I’d probably be immediately rejected.
Since they are a recognized grievance group, they get their lawsuit going.
Maybe they will get a nice out of court settlement. Maybe this is a shakedown .
I wonder how this will go in court. Will people testify that loud boisterous obnoxious behavior is a negro cultural norm, and “white” norms should not be applied to them???

If the picture in post # 17 is correct one of them was white. The other 10 were black.
At least this happened in snooty NAPA, Kalifornia land of fruits and nuts.
And the insurance companies just jack up rates, passing it on to the policyholders.

I was at a wedding last weekend. The bride was white and the groom was black. The attendees were about 50/50 in terms of being black and white.
The black attendees were signficantly louder than the whites.

Maybe these black chicks have learned how white folk feel when riding Amtrak. There are many of Amtrak reviews online. My take-away is that (1) Amtrak is a make-work program for blacks, and (2) the blacks running the train harass and abuse whites who are riding. They’ll order white people out of their reserved seats so that black riders can have those seats. They’ll kick off white people at remote stops in the middle of the night. Power in the hands of the wrong people is a scary and dangerous thing.
ONE member of the group was a leftist, self-loathing white woman.
It will be settled before a trial, as 90% of these false suits are.

Anytime you put that demographic in a position of power over the competent producers, their will be racial abuse of power.
Every instance of abuse by blacks against whites is a hate crime against white people and should be prosecuted fully, and the racist blacks punished for their hate crimes.
The shakedown was as inevitable as night following day.
I think your takeaway is largely correct.
In fact this happened to my family once, we boarded in biz class car for our trip to Newport News from DC.
We were hoping to get the table seating where all 4 of us could sit together, but there were two older blacks seated at the table...with the sign right above the table clearly stating that the table seating was reserved for parties of three or more.
I asked the conductor, but he said “they didn’t want to move” and he refused to press the issue.
