I seriously doubt it would go that far inland.
You might be surprised. We often get rain and wind from these storms-and we really need the rain here—we’ve been below normal for the last 3 or four years. Lake Travis which is right out my window has been way down for the last 3 or 4 years. We got enough rain from the right direction in the spring to get it back up to almost level with what it should be.
The last several weeks have been dry though, and of course it is still hot here, so we’ve lost some more due to evaporation.
