I am no psychologist, so I can’t speak for everyone, but if THIS had happened to ME, at 15, I would definitely NOT have been “scarred for life’. I think I could have weathered this particular storm.
scarred for life
...
That would be a good name for a rock band.

It’s really too early to tell. You need more data. So I’ll volunteer for 50 sessions as another data point.
I believe you are wrong.
My first girlfriend with whom I lost my virginity, as well as my 2nd, were both nymphomaniacs - in the mid-60’s. They could not have enough sex.
So I only assumed that this was the norm for women, and such was a normal heterosexual sexual relationship. Having normal relationships with other women proved difficult.
Later, marriage to a quite normal woman was a great shock to me and a difficult adjustment. My false expectations caused great difficulty in the first ten years of our marriage - and I was definitely scarred from my past experience.
Thankfully, my beloved wife was quite patient with me and helped me adjust to a normal, healthy sexual relationship - which continues to this day.
I believe many have been “scarred” by such aberrant sexual relationships prior to marriage that indeed cause serious problems in marriage.
