all of the notable tyrants and dictators who have been voted into power used precisely the same techniques we are witnessing here in 2015 on a daily basis.

how this is being missed by the “public at large” doesnt say much for the “public at large”

“all of the notable tyrants and dictators who have been voted into power used precisely the same techniques we are witnessing here in 2015 on a daily basis.”

There was a philosopher many years ago who said when a nation is faltering/collapsing, citizens always choose a dictator, one man, to “save” the country and the citizens always suffer under this dictator. Germany was in dire straits, the citizens depressed, and chose Hitler to “save” them. Stalin was another dictator to “save” Russia.

American citizens see the country dissolving, they are mad and depressed, can’t see a way out, they are desperate, so they are choosing a man who speaks like Hitler - “Choose me and I will save the country and no one can do it but me” (I have read Hitler’s speeches to the citizens at that time). No matter what rhetoric the present candidate says or actions he takes that shows he isn’t what they think he is, they immediately rationalize those sayings or actions, just like the German citizens did with Hitler, and those back then and these present citizens, kept/keep adoring him. Back then, they thought if Hitler took over, they could go back to their everyday lives and Hitler would, on his own, fix their country because they believed his promises. They didn’t foresee the destruction one man could cause.

Now, I’m not saying today’s chosen man is brutal like Hitler, but the behavior of the American citizens are the same as German citizens back then - both chose/are choosing, the brash, loud, impossible to deliver, promises of the candidate, Trump. I have read, over and over, “at least this candidate isn’t Obama.” That is no way to choose a candidate, but that is happening. They want peace of mind as the Germans did, to choose this candidate so they can go back to living their lives without worry as they are sure this man, by himself as he says “I” can fix the country, will save the country. They are about to choose a dictator and don’t know it. They can’t foresee the future under this dictator because they are so anxious to get rid of the present dictator.

The man they are choosing, Trump, has always been an “I” dictator as he owned a company and his word was law in that company. He has always lived/acted by “I” The best predictor of future behavior is past behavior. His past and present behavior constitutes the behavior of a dictator – “I”. His own words to citizens proves he sees himself as a dictator - words like (paraphrasing at times or exact words), “No one can do it but me; I am the greatest job maker God ever put on earth; I will be great, the country will be great; I can defeat ISIS very easily, it’s so simple to defeat ISIS; Just take all their oil so they won’t have money; Let the Russians defeat ISIS; I will get along with Putin; I paid Clinton and other Democrats and Republicans, so when I wanted a favor, I got it; etc..

In his past behavior, he was pro-choice; now that he is a candidate, he is pro-life. He gave money to both Democrats and Republicans so he could have influence with them. That says influence is more important than any core beliefs he might have, if he has any. He is for one payer medical care now - “I” will take care of everybody.” “The captives in Iran will be released before I take office; I will stop companies going overseas; I will make them come back to this country; I will put a tax on their products if they don’t come back; I will stop companies going to Mexico; I will make them come back; I will make Mexico pay for a wall; I will tax Mexico’s products; I will fix it so every Vet can be seen by a doctor the day they make an appointment.”

(continued) “I will round up every illegal and send them back and the “good” (based on his definition of “good”) ones can come back quickly. (A judge on Fox has said every single person this candidate wants to deport quickly, will require a court appearance and a judge would have to order the person to be sent back and it would take many years to deport these people – so it can’t happen quickly.) Just because the candidate says it will be done quickly, that is another bovine scatology promise that can’t be done. Promises mean nothing if they, by law, can’t be done. Citizens who believe that promise, aren’t thinking rationally and taking into account we have laws. Yes, Obama has gone around and over and under our laws to break them, but that doesn’t mean we should have another one just the same. I have read citizens saying, “At least he would be one of us.” It’s not okay for any candidate to propose something that breaks/discounts laws and we should require one who would check our laws before making promises that can’t be kept. It is a dictator who doesn’t care about laws, he will do it anyway just as the present dictator does.

There are three divisions of our government – the Executive/Congress/Judicial. He only understands “I” as in executive. That is what we have now and the “I” is Obama. The country will suffer under another exclusive “I”.

Yes, there is massive group hypnosis happening, just as it did when Obama ran for office. Obama was the “chosen one” – remember the many pictures on the web with a halo above his head? This time, however, it’s the Republicans putting a halo over Trump – remember the picture a couple days ago on this website, showing Trump in the middle of a battle with him dressed as a long ago figure, type of the Washington figure during a battle?

Yesterday, this candidate met with 40 religious leaders. We know he recently said he has never asked God for forgiveness and never asked for God’s help with a problem. Now, as a candidate, he’s meeting with religious leaders of all denominations so they can get their church members to vote for him.

It seems if a Freeper posts anything unfavorable to Trump, they are called Trump haters. I don’t hate Trump but I do hate radical Islam jihadists who are beheading people. I reserve hatred for those who would literally kill people. I wrote this post because I think Trump would be another “I” president who can’t deliver on his promises and we have better choices. Based on Trump’s past and present “I” behavior and air filled promises that can’t happen, and compared to Cruz’s past behavior as a proven conservative state attorney, taking the federal government to the Supreme Court and winning numerous cases there, and his complete understanding how a government works according to the constitution, I choose Cruz.

Again, don’t accuse me of hating Trump. I also don’t hate any other of the candidates. The word, “hate” is the most over used word in this country right now. In my life, and I’m really old, I have seldom used the word, “hate” because it is a severe word that almost never suits my evaluation of someone or a group of someones.

I finish with this: Trump hair wigs are selling out for Halloween. :o)
