Yes and some of them managed to rescue their own phones and bring them with them from Syria..
(Don’t tell me that moslems don’t know what is important)
plus some of the first countries had wifi type stations for them to recharge and get in touch etc..even if it was post in a parking lot ..
but the more northern countries ??? NO, the moslems have reported that they cant get online ..
