The GOP had better figure out a way to put up a fight. Now. Or they are done as a party. They have over promised and under delivered for far too long.
The result isn’t mere discontent. That’s so 2009.
The GOP stands at the precipice of a full blown mutiny. The party will not survive.
Donald Trump isn’t just a candidate. For far too many of his supporters, he’s a murder weapon, and the GOP is the intended victim. I didn’t come up with that, it’s floating around the Internet, but there it is.

McClintock actually has always been a bit nutty.
I lost a lot of respect for him when he acted the opportunist, like Schwarzenegger, by running for Governor in the recall.
You used the present tense. Based on what McClintock is saying in this post, I think the past tense would have been more appropriate. He was a very principled conservative. That is why it is sad to see that DC has changed him. You, on the other hand, support Boehner and defend what he has done. That marks you as a supporter of the leftist agenda that Boehner has worked hard to advance.
