Amazing how they screwed us up with Kennedy, Souter, and Roberts.
Well, Souter (like Ford appointee Stevens) was almost 100% liberal (Clinton appointee Breyer is better than both of them), that’s a LOT worse than swing vote Kennedy, who is worse than Roberts, except on Obamacare. EPIC fail on Stevens and Souter, epic. Moderate fail on O’Connor and Kennedy, somewhat fail on Roberts. Such a shame, so many 5-4 decisions.
Alito might be better than Scalia and Thomas, thank goodness Dubya’s first choice was scuttled, Harriet Meyers.
