Look up “smarmy” in your dictionary/You’ll find the face of Scott Pelley.Since he's from San Antonio, Smelley Pelley probably has some mexican blood in him. That explains why his diction is like someone not thoroughly familiar with American English. Either that or his heavy drinking.
