I don’t mean for this to come out wrong... but you know... in Oklahoma City there are a number of school districts. One is really bad, some are better, and others a lot better. People around here with 18k for a good school, use that money to live in a good district.
That’s how Germantown, Cordova, and Millington got going. Now there isn’t much of a difference there either, and the crime is deadly out there because of the perceived bigger score for the crime. I prefer mid-town and it’s good side.

I wanted to ask why they did not plan a move to a good district. I have family who planned their moves according to school choices... from outside DC to Fairfax county ... 18 years ago. About 53 years ago we chose a home based on school district!
