It is a VERY large, worldwide organization....it has 1 leader because its members want it that way and it is, after all, governed so that its followers are fairly consistent in their beliefs and procedures. A Mass in New York, Milwaukee, SanFrancisco, London, Tokyo, Shanghai are pretty much the same...

So how do like large organizations to be managed?

An effective leader?

A committee (like Congress)?

A dictatorship?

Or no leader with everyone floundering?
