If God himself said every 50 years debt should be erased, and land returned, who am I to disagree? Um... God said that all debts were to be erased every SEVEN (7) years.
Deuteronomy 15:1 At the end of every seven years thou shalt make a release. 2 And this is the manner of the release: Every creditor that lendeth ought unto his neighbour shall release it; he shall not exact it of his neighbour, or of his brother; because it is called the Lord's release. 3 Of a foreigner thou mayest exact it again: but that which is thine with thy brother thine hand shall release;

And the land? So I am correct...HUMPHHH.. Obviously I was referring to the Jubilee year where all land would be returned and debts also forgiven. I have only been wrong twice this year, after three I have to go to bed until Jan 1 so cut me a break.
