This is still misinformation and obfuscation in my opinion. Whether emails that contained information derived from and de-marked from such, arrived via a private email account OR even a State Department account is immaterial. NEITHER is approved for transmission of classified information of ANY kind, period.

Even a SIPRNET account and system isn’t cleared for TS level information. That would have to be through other highly protected means similar to JWICS or other similar system. And I can guarantee you, people sitting in their bedroom or kitchen or office at home wouldn’t be having one.

Diversion.

Even if Mrs. Clinton’s aides simply summarized classified material provided to them by others — as opposed to forwarding her a classified document — they may have violated federal laws that govern how intelligence information is handled, experts in government classification laws said.

Many have concluded that this was the method. Abedin was a state dept. employee as well as Clinton's aide. Abedin was sent the emails through the secure account, summarized the info and sent it on to Clinton. Others besides Abedin may have done the same.

Mishandling of TS material is a crime whether you send it or receive it, as I understand it. Clinton is running out of excuses. Abedin's on the hot seat now. Wonder how she'll wiggle out of it without going to prison.

I just don't understand how naive they all were/are that they thought they could just push the delete button and whitewash the electronic trail forever.
