This looks like the picture perfect example of the “It’s easier to ask forgiveness than it is to get permission in the first place” mindset.
That strategy should not be successful when it’s used to mishandle State secrets and facilitate money laundering, etc..

I do think I could have and should have done a better job answering questions earlier.
