Boehner IS The Best Alcoholic On Capitol Hill!

He’s also a closet chain-smoker, fond of the Barclay’s brand, rumored to be able to suck half a pack down in a matter of minutes if given a proper recess.

The son of a bar owner, Boehner worked alongside his father mopping the floors at Andy’s Café when he was in elementary school. Perhaps that’s where he first developed his taste for booze, but today, Congressman Boehner resembles a modern day Dean Martin of sorts, even leading a social life the legendary crooner would envy.

He’s made a name for himself with his legendary late-night parties which he first began throwing at the 1996 Republican National Convention. Nicknamed the “Best Little Warehouse” party, Boehner, (along with Bruce Gates, a tax lobbyist with Washington Council Ernst & Young and head of Mr. Boehner’s Freedom Project PAC and prominent lobbyist Henry Gandy) are known for throwing a party at the RNC that runs multiple days, often lasts until dawn and exceeds $100,000.

When Boehner replaced Tom Delay and was elected as Majority Leader back in 2006, disclosure reports filed with the FEC show that Boehner (or his representatives), spent $1,465 at the “classy” liquor store Schneider’s of Capitol Hill on February 3rd, the very next day after he was elected as leader. Clearly a celebration was in order. The bill was paid by Boehner’s slush fund, errr leadership PAC, The Freedom Project.

At the Convention, Boehner gave two awkward, drunken speeches that were embarrassing, somewhat uncomfortable, and confusing at best for those in attendance. The man could not pronounce a name if his life depended on it.(Click For More)

National Enquirer ALERT!

JOHN BOEHNER SEX PROBE

Published on: February 2, 2011

New Speaker of the House JOHN BOEHNER is embroiled in a bombshell sex scandal - involving at least two different women, The ENQUIRER has learned!

Capitol Hill insiders and political bloggers have been buzzing about an upcoming New York Times probe - detailing an alleged affair that the 61-year-old married father of two had with pretty Washington lobbyist LISBETH LYONS.

And an ENQUIRER investigation has uncovered a bedroom encounter that Boehner - second in line of succession to the presidency - allegedly had with LEIGH LaMORA, a 46-year-old former press secretary to ex-Colorado Congressman JOEL HEFLEY.

The Ohio native, a congressman for 20 years, and his wife Deborah, 62, have been married for 37 years.

But she has shunned the capital’s social scene, and he is often seen out on the town without her.

“Deborah normally stays back in Ohio while John spends most of his time in D.C.,” said an insider. “It is not uncommon for Boehner to attend parties and events without his wife.”

Contacted by The ENQUIRER in late January about the cheating charges, Deborah stood by her man and would not comment about the explosive allegations.

But The ENQUIRER learned that Deborah was nowhere to be seen when the ruggedly handsome congressman attended a casino party at the home of a D.C. lobbyist in August 1997 - and reportedly hooked up with pretty congressional press secretary Leigh LaMora.

JOHN BOEHNER’S BOOZE SCANDAL

Published on: November 5, 2013

REPUBLICAN Speaker of the House JOHN BOEHNER is battling a severe drinking problem, breaking down in tears after too many glasses of wine – and often showing up for work under the influence, sources say.

There’s even a Web site called DrunkBoehner, chronicling his shocking booze escapades!

Many claim Boehner, a prime target of angry Americans bitter over his role in shutting down the federal government, is a hard partier whose dependence on the bottle is clouding his brain and interfering with his ability to do his job! “Boehner needs to sober up or go home,” one Internet poster wrote early this year.

“Personally, I wouldn’t care about Boehner’s drinking if he were just a congressman. But he’s third in line for the presidency and he’s blotto half the time.”

Wayne Madsen, a former naval officer and National Security Administration official who writes the investigative Wayne

Madsen Report, said that it’s well known in D.C. circles that the Ohio politician “likes his booze.”

Madsen says when Democrat Nancy Pelosi became Speaker of the House, she banned smoking in many buildings, including the Capitol Hill Club, which is a favorite GOP hangout.

So Boehner, who was House Minority Leader at the time, went to the Democratic Club, which was a holdout from the no-smoking rule, and wound up drinking with his political enemies just so he could smoke!

“Democrats loved it because they got the Minority Leader there at the bar, so it was good for them in some cases, especially the drunker he got!” says Madsen.

“He used to be a whiskey man, but the latest I heard is he’s a Merlot wine drinker. I’ve seen him on TV where I know he’s got a wine hangover.”

Madsen says he wouldn’t be surprised if Boehner, the 63-year-old son of a tavern owner, was pounding down drinks while trying to please the White House AND hardline House conservatives during the shutdown.

“When he’s under pressure he drinks more, is what I’ve heard,” Madsen divulged.

He adds Boehner’s well-known trait of weeping under stress is also a sign of his boozing.

Says Madsen, “I think it affects his performance as Speaker. I’ve heard people in the White House say ‘We tried to negotiate with him.’ And even some Republicans in the Senate say they can’t work with him because he’s nowhere to be found. He’s off getting sloshed somewhere!”

Former Ohio congressman Bob Ney cranks the criticism up a notch, claiming Boehner “is a party animal who would rather drink than govern.”

Sources claim Boehner didn’t lay off the sauce, even as the country was heading for disaster.

During the government shutdown, the web site Capitol Hill Blue reported “sources close to” Boehner revealed “the smell of alcohol is far more prevalent on him.”

And it quoted a congressional aide as saying, “This is Boehner on his last legs. The continuing capitulation, rambling rhetoric and attempts to drown his ineptitude in a bottle are taking their toll.”

My grandfather used to burst out crying easily. His problem was hardening of the arteries. - I’m not saying that’s Boehner’s problem; but surely he’s getting good medical care.
