How long until Fox acknowledges that Kelly is generally on average down b/t 200k-500k behind Oreilly? Check it out. Ouch.
Your childish manner really doesn’t deserve a response, but because I believe in my candidate and because others read here and some will be relieved that there is some sanity on this thread, I will tell you that my candidate is Ted Cruz. If he doesn’t become the nominee, there are others I will consider, but, as you know, Trump’s not one of them.
A picture guaranteed to drive the left nuts - Donald Trump, wearing a police uniform, riding Cecil the lion with the stars and bars in the background! The only thing missing is the Washington Redskins logo.
And an AR-15.
And a cigarette.
:-)
The Nielsen numbers are what's used for ratings (at lest that's what's currently used). Various devices do have the capability of course to do all sorts of things, but they don't know your age, income level, gender, etc. which is all part of the data on viewership which Nielsen gathers and reports.
So, in context of this discussion, what you or I watch on any device is totally irrelevant in terms of affecting the official ratings that the networks, advertisers and media uses to gauge viewing habits.
She should be working behind the counter of a 7/11 instead of being on TV.
FoxNews has finally forced people to see them for who they are.
It’s sad really. For a number of years I knew O’Reilly and others were not our friends. I explained why I thought that and decided it wasn’t worth tuning in anymore.
Okay, well, FoxNews isn’t my source of information, so good riddance.
I turned off Fox News as the candidates were still milling around the stage and haven't turned it back on again for one moment. There was no tantrum, only disgust for filthy muckrakers on a network that claimed to be above that.
OK. We know that data is data. When a smart tv phones home, it gives info on what channel and for how long.
Data is upped to a database. Data is correlated and sold to buyers. Fox is one of those buyers as are all channels and advertizers. I’s how 2015 world.
Neilson ratings are meaningless in light of far better data. But they give the viewer a feel good and stops them from thinking about what their toys are doing.
Idea 3. Don’t watch network or cable news. (It is working very well for us.)
Thus it is not ‘free’
Episilon 6 comes closest but the Borg coopted it last tuesday ;)
Most liberals I work with have such new found praise for
Fox News now that it is thrash Trump all the time and they even beat up on Carson. The old thought that Fox was a right wing channel seems to be gone.
Edit = It’s how the 2015 world works
We opted for Amazon Prime and Netflix. and then of course all the free network stuff and free Hulu. Then we bought the NFL on Demand package. We ended up saving about a hundred bucks a month and we watch everything we want to.
Thank you, you answered my question. I am not surprised at your answer.
Fine to believe in your candidate, but I have Cruz as my second choice. I have chosen Trump as Number one because he has shown the ability to gather in voters other than the choir. Your behavior is troubling. The nastiness bothers me and is not necessary in the long run.
