There are cities that have no sunshine for many days, sometimes for a whole week or more, especially in winter. Bodies of water are often the culprit.

I agree. Obviously, if you have the opportunity, it’s not a bad thing to do.
I’m not sure how folks can live in an environment where you don’t get sunny days a lot. I appreciate sunny days.
