Trump Was Right — In Book, Jeb Credits His Wife For His Immigration Views

In the first two sentences of Jeb Bush’s book, “Immigration Wars,” the former Florida governor credits his wife Columba with shaping his views on immigration.
That might come as a surprise to some voters, after Bush demanded that Donald Trump apologize Wednesday night for making the same point.
Bush was asked during CNN’s Republican primary debate what he thought about Trump’s statement to CNN in July: “If my wife were from Mexico, I think I would have a soft spot for people from Mexico.”
Bush, whose wife was born and raised in Mexico, demanded an apology from the real estate mogul.
Despite Bush’s apparent irritation, in the opening lines of his 2013 book, “Immigration Wars,” he admitted that his wife Columba had in fact shaped his views on immigration.

“Immigration to me is personal. It means my wife and my family,” Bush wrote in the very first two sentences of the book.

The Casino thing? It turns out the Seminole Indians wanted Trump to Manage a Casino they (Seminoles) wanted to build. Trump didn’t want a TRUMP casino in Florida. Trump’s Organization would have managed the Casino like the Morongo casino out here in Cali. That is the Casino Jebby stopped that Trump was involved with.
Jeb has lost it...totally gone over the hill...
Only question now is who is going over faster, Jebby, George Will, Karl Rove or Glen Beck....
Bush has one path to victory (Dem crossovers) but it’s looking worse every day. With Hillary stumbling badly, Dems probably will be told to vote in their own primaries this season.

Jeb/Karl/Reince thought they were dealing with someone at their own level.
Surprise boys! The Donald didn’t get to where he is by being intellectually lazy. He does his homework, and is not easily fooled.

He was paying attention at the debate.
He was intently listening to every single word.
JEB’s wife has lived in the greatest country in the world for over 40 years, but still speaks poor English.
His own wife prefers Spanish but according to Heb, Mexicans will easily assimilate if we only amnesty them.

Yeb! seems to be falling apart all over the place.
I read an article here on Free Republic that said Columba was here illegally and was amnestied in the 80s when Reagan trusted the Congress to close the border. I have not been able to find the article again.

What's bizarre is that the guy is running for the Republican nomination on a Pro-illegal immigration platform. Angrily so.
That's just beyond stupid, even surreal.
