It looks as though President Barack Obama will sit down with Russian President Vladimir Putin at the United Nations later this month. In a New York Times report Wednesday, journalists Peter Baker and Andrew E. Kramer described the administrations internal debate about whether to schedule the meeting. Some officials, it seems, worry about making the president look weak and undercutting efforts to isolate Russia. Others insist there is no other way to find out what Moscows supreme leader thinks. Avoiding him only marginalizes the U.S.

We've owned two rescue Chiquaqua's in the last 10 years. Because of the way we treat them, they are exceptionally loving little doggies. However, ChiChi's can get ferocious and take on larger dogs. Maybe you want to look at another passive breed. Just saying.
