To take an ordinary rainbow as a sign of anything other than raindrops and a beam of sunlight is too dumb for words.
What about unicorns ?
< sarcasm off
Hmm. It is obviously the scientific understanding of a rainbow yes, but, do you mean to say that God cannot use part of the natural weather/atmospheric tendency as symbolism? Life goes on for thousands of years as we know it, and God is mostly silent, but it’s foretold that He won’t be silent forever and many of us Christians are feeling the nearing of that era.

You're probably right. Maybe the rainbow and the lightning should have been switched. It would have probably been a little more effective for you, and it just wouldn't have seemed so dumb. Huh?
Rainbows are pretty, but the symbolism is not prophetic per se'
What’s weird about the rainbow photo is that photog was the only one in the city who saw it and/or didn’t have his cell phone ready to take a photo?
Weird. I take photos of beautiful rainbows all the time, even when I’m driving. The guy said he was on his balcony, but he only got this one shot?
I think that’s odd. I didn’t say fake. I think it’s odd. I’d be all over that photo with every camera I owned as fast as I could. Also why is the skyline so muddy behind the photo of the rainbow?
Just questions.
I’m thinking the day will come when you will remember making that statement and regret it.
I had a dream a few years back that I was at an Inauguration and a rainbow appeared behind me at the Lincoln Memorial. I think it was Sarah Palin getting sworn in but I can’t remember. All I know was that people were all turning around and looking at the rainbow behind them as the new president was speaking.
Presumptuous on your part.
” Presumptuous: (of a person or their behavior) failing to observe the limits of what is permitted or appropriate.”
