They’re admitting up front that the ‘refugeed’ won’t be able to pay their way. Which destroys the ‘we need them for economic reasons’ argument right out of the gate.
When u tax behavior, u get less of it.
By taxing success, they’ll get less of it.
Meanwhile, when you finance behavior (like invading a country) you’ll increase the incidence of that behavior.
So they’ll have less success, and more invaders.
