Tennessee Republican Senator Bob Corker, author of the treasonous Corker – Cardin bill to facilitate President Obama’s nuclear weapons treaty with Islamist Iran, has made another inexplicable betrayal of American military superiority and indeed the future of America itself.
The Iran Nuclear Agreement Review Act, which Corker authored, requires the Administration transmit to Congress all documents related to the JCPOA —including side agreements—prior to a 60-day review period and subsequent vote.
There’s no doubt that Obama has not complied with the terms of the Iran Nuclear Agreement Review Act, indeed Senator Corker said “there’s no question that two of the documents are not here,” but he says the vote to approve the nuclear weapons deal with Iran should go forward anyway.
Here’s the key point that Senator Ted Cruz, Rep. Peter Roskam and others have pointed out. The Corker – Cardin bill says this about what needs to come before Congress for disapproval:
“Not later than 5 calendar days after reaching an agreement with Iran relating to the nuclear program of Iran, the President shall transmit to the appropriate congressional committees and leadership—(A) the agreement, as defined in subsection (h)(1), including all related materials and annexes;”
“The term ‘agreement’ means an agreement related to the nuclear program of Iran that includes the United States, commits the United States to take action, or pursuant to which the United States commits or otherwise agrees to take action, regardless of the form it takes, whether a political commitment or otherwise, and regardless of whether it is legally binding or not, including any joint comprehensive plan of action entered into or made between Iran and any other parties, and any additional materials related thereto, including annexes, appendices, codicils, side agreements, implementing materials, documents, and guidance, technical or other understands, and any related agreements, whether entered into or implemented prior to the agreement or to be entered into or implemented in the future;”
Meaning Obama and the establishment Republican “leaders” have not even complied with the provisions of Senator Bob Corker’s treasonous giveaway of the Senate’s power to consent to treaties because not all of the side agreements have been submitted to Congress, or even disclosed fully in secret briefings.
Despite the plain language of the anti-constitutional bill he helped push through Congress, Corker has now inexplicably pronounced that President Obama has complied with the provisions of his legislation.
Why would Corker contradict the plain language of his own bill?
One reason is money – and the pressure from a venal world business lobby to gain access to the Iranian market.
As our friends at the Gatestone Institute observed, within days of the Iran nuclear weapons agreement's signing, the European Union approved the deal, and senior officials from Germany, France, Italy and the European Union rushed to Tehran to pursue business deals; leaders from Austria, Spain and Sweden are planning to lead trade missions to Iran in September and October.
On August 12, Switzerland — a neutral country that is not a member of the European Union — announced it would unilaterally lift sanctions on Iran effective immediately, presumably providing Tehran with access to technology and the Swiss banking system.
U.S. technology companies are already salivating because Iran has the potential to be a boom market for tech companies. The majority of the population is under 30 and well educated, and over half the country has access to the Internet.
And aircraft companies, such as Ex – Im Bank-loving Boeing, will be allowed, with certain restrictions, to apply for licenses to export civilian aircraft, so, too, could any other consumer goods manufacturing company.
European media outlets are referring to Iran as the "new El Dorado," the "chance of a century," and the "last untapped market.” We wonder how much of the blood money to be made from tapping the market of the world’s largest state sponsor of terrorism, and the supplier of the improvised explosive devices that killed and maimed hundreds of Americans in Iraq, will flow to Senator Bob Corker and others who have betrayed America’s national security, because it seems to us that only thirty pieces of silver from some international conglomerate could cause Bob Corker to defy the plain language of his own bill.
The GOP arranged this loss to Obama.
They arranged for Israel to have its security so threatened that one can only think in biblical terms.
That suggests that Corker is a minion of the dark one before he is of the chamber of commerce.

Scramble the name Corker and you get ‘Reckor’ — yeh wreck the Constitution while they screw the nation. Was this weasel the front guy paid off to author this bill? Wouldn’t put it past these corrupted POS’s in the uni-party senate.

And he has the gall to hold a rally to stop his own actions...
He may have blood on his hands before this Iran deal is over.
Aside from he's not qualified to be POTUS or VP, after this empty headed stunt he's not worthy either.
