On the sidebar at the above article - the Hungarians are trying to hoodlums out and maintain order - can anyone blame them for that.

At the end it says the government fully rejects proposals to build EU run concentration camps on Hungarian soil. But the idea does have some merit - you come here, you go to the camps. That would deter these looters.
