Shepard Smith, Fox News host, cut into his own press conference coverage of the release of Kentucky clerk Kim Davis from jail to rail against her, as well as those who supported her denial of wedding certificates to same-sex couples, saying such is simply a "religious play" that has no business in government service. He also compared Kim Davis supporters to those who oppose Sharia law, characterizing them as one and the same when it comes to ideology.
"They set this up as a religious play again," Smith said, "This is the same crowd that says, 'We don't want Sharia law,' don't let them tell us what to do, keep their religion out of our lives and out of our government.' Well, here we go again."
An obviously frustrated Smith then described the progression of Davis's case as a mish-mash of confusing legal pursuits. "When this started, this lawyer said he needed an accommodation for a woman who wanted one," Smith said. "She said she didn't want her name on a license for "gay" people. Now they've come up with one, they've let her out of jail ... But it's not what they want." Rather, he said, "they" now want to pursue new claims against gay marriage. "This is what they want, what you're hearing now, and this [is] what they're going to get: stirred up argument and a couple of days in the news cycle, and they're going to be able to make these claims."

Smith's comments come on the heels of a recent report from Out, a gay travel and fashion magazine, that reported this: "[Smith's] sexual orientation and centrist ideology are some of Fox News' worst kept secrets," the nonprofit Accuracy in Media found...

It’s the will of Landru. You were absorbed into the body brother...(wide eyed distant stare) ;)
But there is a hell of a difference between a Freeper that supports a guy that has some conservative points, economic though they may only be IMO, and Freepers that come up with ‘Move on’ crap on multiple issues. The USSC decision on homo ‘marriage’ being one example.
An argument can be made for the first, but I don’t see how one could do as many did here and just want the GOP position of ‘move on’ and remotely be called a conservative.
Because the difference between biological and behavioral is SOOOOOO complicated.
We haven’t had a Rove plant recently who did the “ That DOES it!! I’m done with (fill in the blank)
It’s always “I’m done with” Cruz or Trump. Funny how that works
LOL
THATS IT! HILLARY JUST LOST MY VOTE!!!!
Er wait, is this my FR account or my DU account...
Nevermind.
What sane person wouldn't oppose Sharia law?
Shepherd Smith has it backwards. Maybe the lawless Supreme Court ruling was simply a "religious play" that has no business in government service.
The law in Kentucky mandates that marriage is between a man and a woman. Kim Davis was upholding that law, not an incorrect Supreme Court opinion. There is no constitutional connection, especially taking into account natural law; the Supremes invented a "connection."
Because his brains slide down to the lower part of his body...
Trick question?
Fox is determined to run off about 45% of their viewers and replace them with hillary lovers
When Shep “Drama Queen” Smith comes on, I turn to CNN.
Queerdom represents what? 2% of the population maybe, tops. Out of that demographic how many are activist oriented sort of the queer version of Isis?
Less than 1% of the population maybe. So how many of these radical fundamentalist perversionists have bored from within and become part of the ‘opinion molding’ agitationist class in politics, ‘entertainment’, the lamestream news media? A great many and as a result their perversionist propaganda gets an enormous megaphone effect every day on TV, cable and movies. That is the secret to the rise of queerdom in our culture.
These daze it becomes a Gigaphone...
Oh. That’s what I thought but then thought I’d better ask.
LOO. I agree.
LOL, I meant. Darn it. As I hit post I noticed my typo but it was too late.
It seems to me this is all about the haters from the Gaystopo attacking Christian principles, Sheppie.
Bigot.
That seems queer of Shep.
CDC had it officially at 1.8 IRRC. Under 2 for sure.
