To: manc; All
she swore an oath to do her job , but when she took that oath marriage was always a man and a woman.

And it still is according to Ky law:

402.005 Definition of marriage.
As used and recognized in the law of the Commonwealth, "marriage" refers only to the
civil status, condition, or relation of one (1) man and one (1) woman united in law for
life, for the discharge to each other and the community of the duties legally incumbent
upon those whose association is founded on the distinction of sex.
Effective:
July 15, 1998
History:

Created 1998 Ky. Acts ch. 258, sec. 4, effective July 15, 1998

She was doing her job and following the LAW of the state wherein she works.

The Supreme Court has no right to throw out legitimate laws of any of the States. The 10th amendment shows that. KY law goes on to say:

402.045 Same-sex marriage in another jurisdiction void and unenforceable.
(1)
A marriage between members of the same sex which occurs in another jurisdiction
shall be void in Kentucky.
(2)
Any rights granted by virtue of the marriage, or its termination, shall be
unenforceable in Kentucky courts.
Effective:
July 15, 1998
History:
Created 1998 Ky. Acts ch. 258, sec. 1, effective July 15, 1998.

So all this nonsense that she did not have a right to do what she did is all designed to push the lie that the Supreme Court makes "laws."

Watching the uninformed panel on The Five making the case against Christianity and the laws of KY was interesting.

Dana was first, saying she should get another job in government.

Greg jumped in with more of the same drivel.

Then Kimberly G. said she went against the law of the land. Baloney. Again, the Supreme Court MUST enforce laws that are already there.

They should have made it clear that this Christian lady was following the law.

People should be in jail here, but not the person that was just doing their job by following the laws of her state.

I could not find anywhere where these laws have been thrown out.

The panel on The Five are almost as useless as Sheppard. Both shows are a huge waste of time.

One of the best lines came from Davis the son, (I am assuming he was Kim`s son) he said he is tired of Christians being told they are not welcome in Govt.

yet again this morning the media were saying she should follow the law the SCOTUS has spoken.

When did the courts make law then, because the last time I checked it was up to the legislature.

Seems these homo Nazis and the media bullies have lost what the law is.

what about a certain law called freedom of religion, you know the founding of this country and why people come here in the first place?

5 black robed tyrants say they have spoken and now the media bullies and the homonazis say we should follow their law.
