This is just me, if I were a clerk: I wouldn't have my name preprinted on anything. I wouldn't use a document that has a preprinted name which is not my own. I wouldn't use anyone else's rubber stamp.
If Kim is not allowing ANY type of marriage to go through, then she should be fired or quit her job. I'm having a hard time finding any compassion for her. She works for the government.
She works for the government.
This is where you have it wrong and where big government gets it wrong.
She works for the people who elected her.
The Citizens pay her.
However, there are queers coming from outside her district trying to make her look bad. Looking for their 10 minutes of fame.
The "Government" changed the rules. Blame them. Really it wasn't even the "government". It was a collection of five Kooks on the Supreme court, three of which would not even be there but for Media manipulation of the election process.
The rest of the "government" is just a bunch of "Process Nazis" insisting on Obedience to a clearly incorrect interpretation of law.
There is no moral compulsion to obey this new diktat. In fact, there is great moral compulsion to deliberately disobey this diktat.
Had German officials refused to obey laws requiring them to seize the property of the Jews, and to process them for Internment camps, etc. History would have turned out very different.
It was only after the war when we were trying these people for crimes against humanity that we made certain everyone knew that "Just following orders" is not an acceptable excuse when you are ordered to do something immoral.
