I had a friend in college -- not a bright guy, and he was very stoned most of the time. BUT he was confident that he had figured out one great truth:

You see, he said, they cannot put you in jail for something unless you confess. As long as you don't confess, you're a free man. I'll never go to jail, he said, because I would never confess.

Last I heard, he was in jail.

But anyway, back to Hillary -- I find is amusing that she uses as her shield: "my actions were allowed" even though everyone on the planet knows very well that they were not at all allowed.
