Attorneys for a group of illegal aliens squatting in Georgia filed a lawsuit on Monday against the Georgia Department of Driver Services charging that the state agency is violating their constitutional rights by denying them drivers licenses. Neither they nor their attorneys seem to have a grasp of the definition of illegal or the rights of America citizens not applying to non-Americans. Why not try to sign them up for a US passport while youre at it, boys?
The lawsuit states that the plaintiffs, who arent named because of safety concerns and possible retaliation, are under deportation orders and are attempting to have those orders suspended. Some of the individuals are of such outstanding character that their nations of origin have refused to accept them back.
What kind of logic would reward them for violating our laws and being such scumbags that their own country has disowned them, with documents and US residency? Thats easy; perverse liberal Democrat and exploitative Republican logic.
According to Valdosta Today, the federal government has issued them work permits and Social Security numbers, which they claim validates their arguments that they are legally present in the U.S. Thats a ridiculous claim born out of the school of thought that two wrongs make a right.

That's exactly correct. They have rights since Comrade Obama has declared the Federal Government won't enforce our borders, much less our immigration laws. Further, the courts in some states such as Californication that criminal illegal aliens must be given drivers licenses and qualify for the same benefits as naturalized citizens.
It's all about giving them some form of legal documentation so they can register to vote Democrat.
I think the only right an illegal might have is the right to remain silent.
We are just one Federal judge way from ordering states to issue drivers licenses and then the cowardly GOP will say it is the law of the land. Or just one Supreme court decision that redefines a term understood from the beginning of recorded history. Citizen will be anyone who self-identifies with with a country according to the equal protection clause.
For many years, I’ve been a proponent of applying Mexico’s immigration laws to the USA. Immigrants, even if they get permanent resident status will never get the right to vote.
And of course, the one thing you don’t want to do is be an illegal alien. It seems that one of the bonuses of being a Mexican immigration officer is you get to beat all the illegal aliens to within an inch of their lives (and sometimes over the line,) and get to rape all the female illegal aliens over and over again.
And the USA is “inhumane!”

Watch out, Georgia....look how this has *worked out* for Mexifornia.
California is overrun with illegals, have given them EVERY entitlement imaginable...AND issued DL’s to illegals.
Good luck EVER turning CA back to any form of normalcy. A good, solid conservative won’t have a chance of being elected in that state, with the majority of citizens living there voting Dim...and illegals running the show.
I’m pretty sure that courts have ruled that drivers licenses are strictly a state issue, and I don’t believe that they’ve got standing to meddle. OTOH, a federal court may decide it’s a civil rights issue, and if that’s the case, it will go to the SCOTUS.
So now “equal protection” means anything and everything from gay marriage to illegals getting a drivers license?
From the DMV handbook, “Driving is a privilege”. Otherwise it couldn’t be revoked for a DUI or other offense.
So, why aren’t we rounding them up, beating the crap out them, and helping them “move on?”
The arrogance of these pukes. Return to Mexico or we’ll put you in this pine box. Your choice.
They are NOT “subject to the jurisdiction thereof” per the 14th Amendment.
Children of illegal alien parents who are born in the US are NOT US citizens. Send ‘em back. And send back the “DREAMERS” too.
Actually, we have tried everything we can, except hauling up the Bonnie Blue Flag.
We passed voter ID laws to make them unable to vote. We tried to make them unable to rent apartments. We have tried every thing to drive ‘em out and even had some success.
But with the force of the Federal government behind the barbarians, we keep losing ground. If this makes it to a Federal Court, wanna bet it rules in favor of them?

“THE MONEY QUOTE A footnote states that Mexican nationality is granted to children born abroad of a Mexican born parent. IOW, anchor babies born in the US retain their parents Mexican nationality.”
US nationality is granted to children born abroad of a US-born parent. I believe the child has to claim this birthright by age 16, but I’m not clear on the details.
They need to get their asses out of this country and go home to sue their own countries. Wake up America! You’re being sued by freeloading, illegal alien invaders!
Don't try to cross the border illegally. The Mexicans will shoot first and ask questions later.
Not a bet I'd take. At best I'd have a 50/50 shot at winning. These things seem to depend on whether or not a more reasonable, common-sense judge looks at it, or if a progressive-liberal judge looks at it.
These days, sometimes even the more reasonable-common sense judges (based on past record) seem to be ruling on the progressive-liberal side.
Our courts have certainly eshewed to the modern "culture" haven't they?
Don’t they already have MEXICAN DRIVER’S LICENSES ?
Why can’t they use those, like the Mexican Truck Drivers do ?
You can't vote with a Mexican Drivers License.
Our government? With our tax money?
