A federal judge has denied a transgender teenager’s request to allow him to use the same bathroom as his peers at his public school in Virginia.
Instead, the judge ruled Friday, the teenager must continue using a separate, private bathroom that he has said makes him feel “singled out and humiliated.”
Gavin Grimm, a teenage boy who was born female, used the boys’ bathroom for seven weeks with no problem, according to the American Civil Liberties Union, which brought a lawsuit against the Gloucester County School Board on his behalf.
But then parents heard about the teen using the boys’ restroom and complained. The school board passed a rule, 6 to 1, that restricts the bathrooms to students of the “corresponding biological genders.”

Gender is a linguistic term (his/her...masculine/feminine)
The biological term is "sex". "Transgenders" change what they wish to be called. "Transexuals" think they are changing their sex by modifying their "junk".
I wandered into the men’s room at Walmart and changed a diaper once. (The baby was a couple of weeks old: I was a zombie.) A man walking in as I was walking out looked at me a little funny but didn’t say anything.

That’s an interesting line of thought — the normal chromosome makeups are XY for male and XX for female, so even the guys have an X side.
But that doesn’t make perversion any more okay... call me old fashioned but God designed it all.

We were like “what the hell is this old bag doing in the men’s room”, and when she got in our face asking for money she had a problem.

The creation of the woman out of the man followed a period when the man observed the animals, that they had mates, but he had none yet.

I don’t really keep track of who comes and goes from them. I have both males and females in my house. I’m married to a female. We are basically humans with different body parts but in the end, when nature calls, it all ends up in the same place. A leeching field somewhere in my yard. I don’t like to dwell on it too much. Every few years, a big smelly truck comes to my house to pump it all out.
Notice how this juge is a mean old grinch, while that Kentucky judge is being applauded for throwing a state official in the pokey for denying a gay marriage license.

Gender is not that restrictive a term. It can be used as a synonym for sex.
The front, below your waist, is either a pitcher or a catcher architecture. How a person wants to think, talk, dress, cut their hair, dress, etc is a choice caused by either the participation into the illusions or acceptance of the realities within the mind.
