What would be nice is if people in the media, like Hewitt, were up front about who they’re rooting for. Hewitt is on the moderate end of Republican spectrum and he was a loud and strident supporter of Mitt Romney when he ran in 2012. I think it is undeniable that Hewitt leans towards candidates like Jeb Bush and Marco Rubio. As such, he shouldn’t be moderating the upcoming CNN debate between the candidates.
Who do you contend should moderate the Republican debate? Same for the national debate once the nominations have been secured?
