“We’re going to have so many victories,” Trump told overflow crowd in New Hampshire recently.

These were the words America wanted to hear. “We need victories,” trumpeted from one of the greatest communicators we’ve witnessed on the campaign trail for President of the United States of America. This is why, on the stage of 17, the rest pale in comparison.

We’ve spent quite possibly the past decade doubting our abilities, second guessing our motives and generally spawning a generation of young people who don’t actually believe America is great or exceptional at all. The apology tours, the racial strife, the divisions within the populace, the general malaise and self-flagellation have left many feeling alienated and asking themselves, “is this really my country?” People are crying out for relief.

Democratic Republics do exist, but the U.S.A. is not one of them..
A democratic republic is also called a Banana republic..

U.S. is a Constitutional Republic.. which is democratic..
BUT not a Democracy.. A Democracy always has a Central Government.. sometime provinces or territory’s..

The Central Government is BOSS.. the territory’s are merely VASSALS.. same with a Banana Republic.. which IS a Democracy..

The U.S. has sovereign States that are the BOSS of the federal government.. send reps to GUARD the States sovereignty.. The Central government has NO oversight of the States..

The U.S. has Three Branch’s of Service in the federal government for One Reason and ONE REASON ONLY...

To LIMIT the size and scope of it’s POWER... to keep the central government a VASSAL to the States..

The Democrat Party has performed Sedition and outright Treason for over a hundred years TRYING to make this Constitutional Republic.... A DEMOCRACY...

One day maybe SOON.. they will pay a price for that malicious treason.. by ABROGATING the U.S. Constitution in steps.. over the years..

Ted Cruz WANTS to RESTORE the U.S. Constitution to FULL GLORIOUS POWER again.. Let’s hope....

Cruz has wanted to build a wall even when TRUMP was a democrat.. then a republican, then an independent, and then a republican again..

Trump got it from Cruz.. and may be serious, OR NOT.. who knows..

I like Ted Cruz for the most part.

Unfortunately I cannot find mention of building a border wall on his campaign website. He mentions "securing the border", but so does everyone else. Cruz also cites some secondary good ideas like cutting out the visa lottery and cracking down illegals with criminal records, but no mention of a wall. Also troubling is Cruz's website mention of "streamlining the immigration process" and "removing per-country caps".

Trump's call for a wall is front and center in his position paper on Immigration, the only position paper on his website. So far as I can tell, he remains the only candidate campaigning on a promise to build a wall.

I suspect Trump has some notion of that.
He’s old enough to have actually learn it in lower school.

You won’t get an argument from me about Cruz’s Constitutional accumen. Heres hoping he can get back into the double diggits.

Ted is a Senator.. The WALL has been passed and funded already a couple of times.. He voted for it both times..
Democrats water it down or made it NOT happen... and some RINOS too...

Congressional votes are often just games and for show. Lindsey Graham probably voted twice for the wall too.

I like Ted, and if he ever puts out a position paper on immigration anything like Trump's that includes "wall" or if he at least says, now, in campaign 2016, that he'll build a wall - I'll consider him. But he's not there yet.

I am a low info voter, just because I am not privy to all of the details of the fanciful idiot conspiracy theories floating around your feeble and closed little mind? I don’t think so...double major in Finance and Economics from Georgetown, MBA and JD from Vanderbilt, Master of Laws from NYU, a CPA, passed the bar in 4 states - and I have compulsively followed politics since well before I cast my first Presidential vote for Reagan in 1980.
