This isn’t a free speech issue. She is not in trouble for what she said.
The f1st Amendment is not just about free speech, it also deals with religion.
I also meant to add the 10th Amendment, but forgot. Added after I had posted.
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
The first amendment is also about free religious exercise.
