Bottom line, host Joe Scarborough said, is that if Supreme Court makes a decision, thats the law of land, right?
You have to go with it, Mr. Trump said. The decisions been made, and that is the law of the land.
She can take a pass and let somebody else in the office do it in terms of religious, so you know, its a very
tough situation, but we are a nation, as I said yesterday, were a nation of laws, he said. And I was talking about borders and I was talking about other things, but you know, it applies to this, also, and the Supreme Court has ruled."

A lot more than they are wrong now.
My thoughts exactly.
Which I said when Obergfell was decided by the Supreme Overlords.
Mine wouldn't. A pox on Muslims. A pox on Obamamerica. I am sick of this "fundamentally transformed" country where Christians are being pushed out of public life at every turn, and now, we are being jailed.
The faith that once launched America (warts and all) is now being actively hounded away. The issue was never the issue. It wasn’t going to stop at “gay marriages.” These people are not reasonable. The issue was the revolution of evil.
Yes. ALL Christians should resign their government positions, right? Ted Cruz-- gone. All of them! /sarc
When you create a power vacuum like that, EVIL will move in.
Gutless. Like many of the rest.
Yup... the spirit world, like nature, abhors vacuums.
The house swept clean, a demon moves in and then gets seven more wicked than itself as household buddies. Was thinking about that verse this afternoon.
People who decided they hated Christianity may be granted their wish. It is the granting of the wish in which the judgment, if not also final damnation comes. Hell in the end is consented to by its occupants who would prefer the torture to giving in to the Lord.
Excellent.
Moment of truth for Trump.
He had a redneck revolution starting to pick up steam. And then he comes up with this (charitably put) tone deaf flub. A country that will never look higher than itself is one that is doomed to slide down to the lower place.
I had hopes for Trump, though never trust. There were pitfalls ahead to test him and it looks like he has gone head over heels into this one.
Recovery is still not impossible, but it would take a change in attitude.
“Yes. ALL Christians should resign their government positions, right? Ted Cruz— gone. All of them! /sarc”
Was Ted Cruz in a position that required issuance of marriage licenses in the midst of a monumental SCOTUS decision? Every situation is different. Why wouldn’t she delegate the authority to someone else in her office?
Indeed, I think so too. Even a Deist like Jefferson fought against the Mohammedans.
Because the Federal judge jailed her for "contempt" before she could get her name taken off the forms.
But it doesn't matter. If she did that, they and you would still pillory her. RESIGN! RESIGN! RESIGN! That's the drumbeat! Get the Christians out of office, our of public life!
Now more conservatives should realize what some of us have known all along - Trump is NOT a true conservative.
You sure?
The Feds have been bribing, extorting and threatening States for a LONG time now!
AMEN!
Didn't you people learn ANYTHING from the smoke of SODOM?

So now, instead of one ruler; we have nine...
Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security....To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.
He has dissolved Representative Houses repeatedly, for opposing with manly firmness his invasions on the rights of the people.
...
He has made Judges dependent on his Will alone, for the tenure of their offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries.
He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harrass our people, and eat out their substance.
...He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation:
...For imposing Taxes on us without our Consent:
...For taking away our Charters, abolishing our most valuable Laws, and altering fundamentally the Forms of our Governments:
For suspending our own Legislatures, and declaring themselves invested with power to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever.
He has abdicated Government here, by declaring us out of his Protection and waging War against us.
...He has constrained our fellow Citizens taken Captive on the high Seas to bear Arms against their Country, to become the executioners of their friends and Brethren, or to fall themselves by their Hands.
...In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A Prince whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.
Nor have We been wanting in attentions to our Brittish brethren. We have warned them from time to time of attempts by their legislature to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us. We have reminded them of the circumstances of our emigration and settlement here. We have appealed to their native justice and magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the ties of our common kindred to disavow these usurpations, which, would inevitably interrupt our connections and correspondence. They too have been deaf to the voice of justice and of consanguinity. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, which denounces our Separation, and hold them, as we hold the rest of mankind, Enemies in War, in Peace Friends.
But; is he a True Scotsman?
