Yet ANOTHER major story that espn got wrong (and drummed into the brains of the disadvantaged for months). What is their success rate anyway? About 5%?

Depends on which parts of ESPN you pay attention to. Wilbon has been saying since this all started that Brady would serve no time. ESPN’s legal analyst thought the league would win the case, but plenty of their other talking heads didn’t. Some even talked about the disconnect between the written rules and the punishment, which was the reason for overturning. ESPN is a big machine, a lot of what they “get wrong” some part of ESPN got right.
