If there is a bail set she should not have to pay one dime, if there is any decency left in this country. There is no bail when you get jailed for contempt of court. The judge can keep you there as long as he likes, or until you comply with the order.

If there is a bail set she should not have to pay one dime, if there is any decency left in this country. There is no bail on contempt charges, and no limit to the sentence either. The judge can literally keep her in jail for the rest of her life if she refuses to do what he ordered.
