If there is a bail set she should not have to pay one dime, if there is any decency left in this country. There is no bail on contempt charges, and no limit to the sentence either. The judge can literally keep her in jail for the rest of her life if she refuses to do what he ordered.

I think that under Federal Law they can hold a person in jail for 6 months. That is different from the various state laws.

but there is review of jail time and I assume her lawyers are going to appeal it. Very strange case and this rarely happens.
