Being that all KY marriage law states that marriage is heterosexual, and thus all KY marriage law is ruled invalid by SCOTUS, what law gives her authority to license ANY marriages?Thank you for posting that, makes perfect sense!

I am not a lawyer but I am smelling a trap here. I am sure the gaystapo has this well rehearsed. Probably even planned before the ruling by the Eminent Tribunal. I have a feeling that somehow they are looking to establish a precedent.
