Really? And who decides what “Natural Law” is?

What a strange question. If you understood the last 1000 years of Christian jurisprudence, you would know that noe on decides. Natural Law is the law of nature. The law that God wrote in the heart of every human being.

It wasn't coincidental that sodomy was called "the crime against nature."

Really? Lots of folks detect a different law of nature. I think they are lying, but as a practical matter...Kennedy, in effect, said homosexuality was the law of nature.

So do YOU get to decide, or Kennedy? You, or Ginsburg? You, or a county clerk?

If a county clerk says owning a dog is against the law of nature, do you have any recourse?

Well, in America, you do. Because owning a dog is OK under American law, so the clerk has no right to overrule it and impose her views. Why are you so quick to give total and absolute power over your life to every petty government official, unchecked by popular votes?
