When is the next debate? Hopefully Cruz will jump big after that one.

It is VERY early to pay any attention to polls. I know I don't trust 'em.

True, BUT it's very noteworthy that Jeb is running so poorly. Romney always had a large base of support even during the many periods where others surged.
And it's also important that all the candidates that are acceptable but Jeb are in the lead, while all the unacceptable ones are near zero.

From Monmouth:
The Monmouth University Poll also found that GOP voter opinion of Donald Trump has ticked up another notch in the past month. It now stands at 59% favorable to 29% unfavorable. It was 52% favorable to 35% unfavorable four weeks ago, and as recently as June, it stood at a significantly negative 20% favorable to 55% unfavorable.

As far as I’m concerned Carson and Bush are done, mainly because of their immigration stance. Cruz’ vote for the Corker Bill killed his chances, which is unfortunate but he did it to himself.

Good point about mitt’s support base. I wonder if it’s because Jeb’s RINO base is split with Rubio, Kasich etc., or is it because Jeb! is fundamentally even more than pathetic than milt.

It was posted here last night that Carson told some "Latinos" he was for amnesty/path to citizenship. I guess, since he was addressing "Latinos" he thought no one else would know what he said.
It will be interesting to see where he is when the next polls come out.

This has to be getting to total scuttle levels for GOPe. I mean, NO ONE thinks Carson’s votes would go to Rubio or Yeb, and at least half would go to Trump, so he’s closing in on 40% already. If you assume that 90% of Cruz’s people would go Trump if Cruz is out, Trump is already very close to 50%.

Romney always had a large base of support even during the many periods where others surged.True, but he shot himself in the foot when he wimped out when he could have put Obama away for good. He also let Fat Dishonest Candy wipe her feet all over him.
We can't afford a known wimp out!!!

Brit Hume made a fool of himself on Kelly last night. Even Megyn had to walk him back a bit. He was saying that Trump is all done based on one poll from Iowa (showing him tied).
