I lived in California for 17 years.
Not once did I ever hear a Mexican, legal or otherwise, refer to themselves as “hispanic.” Not once.

Following the meeting, Palomarez said they two men still did not see eye-to-eye on immigration, though he referred to the chat as a “thoughtful conversation.”

That’s good to know. And it’s not about immigration, it’s about upholding the law.

> “t one point, Palomarez said Trump joked that “he didn’t need the Hispanic vote” as he referenced his high poll numbers. “But I think we both know that he’s recognized that in fact, he does need the Hispanic vote,” Palomarez added.”
Javier Palomarez is fantasizing that Donald Trump needs the Hispanic vote. Teaming up with Ted Cruz, Donald will win the presidency by a landslide. And he will also carry a large portion of the Hispanic American vote who polls show more than 40% are in support of Trump and growing. Also Ted Cruz carried 40% of the Latino vote in Texas when he ran, whereas Romney only carried 26% in 2012.
